Thank you for choosing our suite of project management templates, designed for professionals and organizations worldwide. These digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats. Once purchased and downloaded, the full product is accessible to you, and due to its non-returnable nature, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable local laws or in limited cases of product defects.

This policy is crafted to comply with global consumer protection regulations while protecting our copyrighted materials. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read this policy carefully before completing your transaction.

 1. General Rule: All Sales Are Final

·         Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as they can be copied or retained after download.

·         We do not provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with the product's content (provided it matches the description).

·         To ensure the product meets your needs, we recommend reviewing the detailed product descriptions, previews (if available), and system requirements on our website before buying.

 2. Exceptions for Defective Products

·         If the downloaded files are technically defective (e.g., corrupted, un-openable in standard Microsoft Office software, or fail to include all described components), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

·         Contact our support team at support@pmtemplate.com within 7 days of purchase, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and evidence (e.g., screenshots).

·         We will investigate promptly and, if the defect is verified and not caused by your device or software, offer a replacement file or a full refund at our discretion.

·         Refunds under this exception will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 3. Refunds Required by Local Laws

We comply with consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where we sell, including those in Australia, the European Union (EU), Canada, the United States (US), and South America. Refunds will be provided only where mandated by these laws. Key considerations include:

·         European Union (EU): Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. However, this right does not apply if you have started downloading or accessing the product. During checkout, you will be required to expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives your withdrawal right. If you cancel before downloading, contact support immediately for a refund eligibility check.

·         Australia: Per Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the product fails to meet consumer guarantees, such as being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or matching its description. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe the product breaches ACL guarantees, contact support with details.

·         Canada: Canadian consumer protection laws vary by province but generally do not require refunds for non-defective digital products. Remedies may be available for faulty items or misrepresentations. We will honor any mandatory requirements under provincial laws (e.g., in Ontario or Quebec).

·         United States (US): There is no federal law mandating refunds for digital products, though some state laws may apply for defective items or unfair practices. We will consider requests in line with relevant state regulations.

·         South America (e.g., Brazil and Argentina):

o   In Brazil, under the Consumer Defense Code, you have a 7-day "right of regret" for online purchases, allowing cancellation for any reason, even after download. Requests must be made within this period.

o   In Argentina, you have a 10-day cooling-off period for online purchases, during which you can revoke the transaction.

·         For other countries, we comply with local equivalents. If eligible under law, contact support before or during the cooling-off period.

If you are entitled to a refund under local law, provide proof of purchase and relevant details. We may require you to confirm deletion of the downloaded files before processing.

 4. How to Request a Refund

·         Submit requests via email to info@pmtemplate.com or through our website's support portal.

·         Include your order number, purchase date, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence.

·         We aim to respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that payment processors may deduct fees, and currency fluctuations could affect the amount.

 5. Copyright and License Terms

·         All templates are original works protected by international copyright laws. Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal organizational use by project management professionals.

·         You may customize the templates for your projects but may not resell, distribute, share, or reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

·         Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund and potential legal action.

·         To protect our intellectual property, access to downloads may be monitored, and we reserve the right to disable links if abuse is suspected.
