Digital Product Delivery

All PMTemplate products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon successful payment completion. There is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery Process:
• Instant Access: Upon purchase confirmation, you will receive an email with download links to access your PM Template Suite files (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats).
• Download Window: Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase date. Please download and save your files within this period.
• Multiple Downloads: You may download your purchased templates multiple times during the 30-day access window.

Delivery Timeframe:
• Immediate delivery upon payment confirmation (typically within 5 minutes)
• If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact support@pmtemplate.com
